I’ve been a Coach, Communicator and Consultant for over 4 years with churches in North America. My local church experience is diverse: a youth pastor, a bi-vocational missional church planter, and working on a team at a large church to transition a church culture from a Sunday-centric to a discipleship and mission paradigm. I hold a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and worked as an adjunct professor at Trinity College, both in Deerfield, IL. I’ve written for Leadership Journal and Shattered Magazine, and contributed to “What Pastors Wish Their Congregations Knew” by Kurt Fredrickson and Cameron Lee. Currently, I’m starting a business and a church. Gravity Leadership works with church and non-profit sector leaders to improve the health and vitality of their culture. Our new church is The Table in the Fishers, IN area. I enjoy spending time with my wife of 15 years, Sharon, and their children Deacon (6) and Celeste (3).
